1. Payment

• Email me at geodragonart@gmail.com or message one of my social media accounts with information about what you would like to commission me for. After working out the details and I will give a quote on what the price will be.

• The rates listed above are for the creation of artwork for the client's personal use. Any commissions that request artwork to be used for commercial/professional use will result in an increase of price.

• Price may increase for extras such as detailed designs, complex backgrounds, structural/mechanical elements, mature content, etc.

• Commissions for graphic design work will vary in price. After the client explains what they are looking to have done, a price quote will be negotiated. 

• Payment will be accepted in USD via PayPal only.

• Half payment must be made at the start of the commission after the price quote is finalized.

• Should the client wish to cancel the commission, a partial refund may be negotiated based on the amount of work completed.

• I have the right to decline any commission request that I am not willing or comfortable to do.

2. Options

• "Chibi" is applicable for characters with a very simple body type/design, or if a normal character is requested to be simplified.

• Lines and/or Color options are available to be done traditionally upon request.

• Different or specific art styles may be done upon request.

• WIP (work in progress) images can be shown upon request, but asking for extensive changes to the piece while in progress may result in additional fees being charged.

• Unwatermarked version of the final image is available to the commissioner upon request.

• Feel free to ask about any special requests for details of the commission. I may offer different pricing for different kinds of commissions, such as pixel icons, original character designs, physical crafts, etc.

3. Completed Image Rights

• The client may do what they wish with the completed image for personal use, and they are allowed to publicly share the watermarked version of it.

• Do not claim my work as your own. Finished commissions still count as my work and must be credited to me, geodragonart, where applicable.

• Do not resell my artwork without my permission, unless you are selling it along with the rights of character(s) that are included in the artwork.

• Do not create products with my artwork on it to sell for profit, unless you have my permission to do so.

• Do not create NFTs with my artwork.

• I will likely post the commission on my own social media, so please specify to me if you would prefer that the artwork be kept private.

4. Agreement

• By commissioning me, you agree to the following conditions: 

  • You agree to everything listed above.

  • You agree to complete your payment on time.

  • You agree to not disclose private information that may be made available to you during your time as my client. The information will be specified where this applies.

• To ensure that you have read these terms, please write "I have passed the test" when you send in a commission request.
